Environment Canada has reported that the month of February 2015 has been the coldest month ever recorded in 115 years on the Quebec east and southwest regions. Between February 1st and 25th, temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees below average have enveloped the region.
Outside of the city, the scenery is breathtaking. Color aside, the snow drifts strangely resemble desert dunes.
