Last summer we did spend some time in beautiful Greece. A good friend of ours was getting married in the small village of Stenies on the island of Andros. This morning thinking of the Thursday Doors Challenge, I remember I had shot a few doors while there. I am sharing one with you now.
I really enjoy the Thursday Doors challenge , it gives me a very specific focus one day a week, which is good and kind of comforting. On Thursdays, I always know I will photograph a door. Because of that, I am always on the look-out for doors. If I see one while driving around the city, I’ll make a note to return to it, if I am unable to stop at the moment.
So here is today’s door, seen on Saint-Laurent boulevard in Montreal, for commercial use and folks it is available for rent.
Today’s post doubles as my entry into Thursday Doors from Norm (https://miscellaneousmusingsofamiddleagedmind.wordpress.com/).
I could not resist this door which belongs to a little Portuguese restaurant on Duluth street, in the Plateau Mont-Royal neighborhood of Montreal called Chez José that I have yet to try.
