Short walk through Griffintown today.
I love Thursdays! I love to participate in Norm 2.0 Thursday Doors Challenge.
Here for you is an old back alley door, obviously seldom used.
I take a lot of pleasure in “hunting” doors to participate in Norm’s Thursday Doors Challenge.
One early morning last week while walking my dog, I decided to walk through an alley I had never seen before. I did get a couple of interesting doors and these ones I am sharing with you today. Montreal’s alleys show a different side of city life; I love discovering them.
The last 48 hours have been quite difficult for me . I was hit by a bad case of gastro 😦 that left moaning and groaning with pain.
To make matter worst, I had to travel 3700 KM + from Vancouver to Montreal. Needless to say that it has been the most miserable 5 hours I have spent in an airplane.
So I missed two days of posting. Since I am just slowly starting to recover, I will rely on photos I took on the West Coast for a few days to come.
Bayerische Motoren Werke AG ( pronunciation (help·info); English: Bavarian Motor Works), commonly known as BMW or BMW AG, is a German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company founded in 1916. -Wikipedia-
We automatically think premium, high performance, luxury vehicles.
Here in Montreal among the English community, the letters BMW also refer ironically to Bus-Metro-Walk. The STM (Société de transport de Montréal/Montreal Transit Corporation) provides more than 1.3 million passenger trips a day.
