While in New York City, I visited Chelsea Market. What a treat! Such a wonderful market and to my surprise, filled with fabulous doors! Definitely a Norm Frampton approved place.
It is with pleasure that I share, on this Thursday Doors, a selection of the Chelsea Market’s doors.
It always takes me by surprise when I discover Chelsea doesn’t refer to London. So these must be elevators, not lifts. 🙂

😆 you are absolutely right, elevators! I wouldn’t mind being back in Chelsea, London to shoot some doors though. Thanks for stopping by.

Brilliant theme; elevator doors (lifts, as we say here) and I love that video, haven’t seen it in ages, what a laugh it gave me this morning. Thank you.

Nice ones! I love the swirl marks in #7 & 12; that last one is pretty heavy-duty looking too.
Now you’ve got me already looking forward to a few doorcursions when we’re in NYC later this summer.

Aren’t they amazing? You should definitely check-out Chelsea Market in the fall if you have never been. It’s worth the trip.

What fabulous doors but curious as to why numbers on outside as surely in a lift (elevator) you want to know when on inside?!!

Not quite sure why but it gives them a cool look anyway. Thanks for commenting Becky
