If I say Molson, you are probably thinking “beer” or of our hockey team the “Montreal Canadiens”.
As far as cemeteries go,Β Notre-Dame-Des-Neiges Cemetery is a wonderful one. I was there last Sunday on a photography outing with some friends. One never knows when a door will show its face kind of saying: “Wouldn’t I be a good one for Norm’s Thursday Doors?”
While strolling through the massive site, I came across the family tomb of the Honorable John Molson. Therefore I decided to part from my usual grungy/graffiti style this week to share my finding with you.
It’s a stunning departure from your usual — nice addition! π

That is a handsome door. Not a fan of the beer, but the door is fine!

What a coincidence; unfortunately I was there yesterday for a funeral, and as we drove through I couldn’t help but think I’d have to come back another day with my camera.
Nice find – that door is amazing. I bet you got lots of other great shots there too π

It’s a pretty amazing place to shoot although it gets a little redundant after awhile. Sorry you were there for a funeral.

I love, love, love that door! My mausoleum will have to be a bit smaller, though, but large enough for a door like this. π
